3D COACHES

Coaching Every Dimension of the Game

Coach Jon Wolfe

Coach Wolfe has been a part of high school basketball for nearly two decades and is passionate about helping players reach their full potential—on and off the court. He has spent 17 seasons as an assistant coach at Loyola Academy, one of the top programs in Illinois, where he helped guide the team to more than 400 wins. During his tenure, Loyola captured the 2023–24 4A State Championship with a perfect 38–0 record and earned fourth-place state finishes in both 2024–25 and 2011–12.

Coach Wolfe founded the 3D program to extend Loyola’s championship culture. 3D is designed to complement the Loyola basketball program.

A New Trier alum, Coach Wolfe has coached numerous athletes who have gone on to play at the Division I, II, and III collegiate levels. His coaching philosophy emphasizes skill development, defensive excellence, and basketball IQ—while fostering confidence, character, and a strong team-first mindset.
